What should I do to prepare before my appointment?
There’s no special prep needed! Please avoid washing your hair the day before or the day of your appointment—we’ll take care of that for you. Just arrive on time and get ready to relax.

How many guests can be treated at the same time?
Our studio offers a calm, personalized experience for up to 5 guests at a time. Perfect for solo visits or a relaxing session with friends.

Is the Head Spa safe for pregnant clients?
Yes—our Head Spa uses organic and natural ingredients, making it safe for most expecting mothers. Some essential oils (like lavender) may be of concern, so we recommend checking with your doctor. Please note: the service requires lying flat for an extended time, which may be uncomfortable during pregnancy.

Can you perform a Head Spa on curly or textured hair?
Absolutely! We treat all hair types—from thin and fragile to thick, coarse, or curly. The focus is on the scalp, not the hair. As long as your scalp is accessible, you're good to go! We do ask that you remove extensions, sew-ins, or braids before your visit.

Will the Head Spa affect my hair color or keratin?
Our detox treatments are safe for treated hair. However, if you’ve had color or keratin services within the last 7 days, we recommend waiting, as detoxing could slightly lift fresh treatments.

  • Appointment Booking:

  1. All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, website, or in person.

  2. A valid contact number or email address is required for confirmation.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling:

  1. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  2. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee 80% of the service.

  • Arrival Time

  1. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and prepare for your service.

  2. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.

  • Payment & Gratuity:

  1. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods .

  2. Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory and are at the client’s discretion.

  1. Clients exhibiting symptoms of illness are asked to reschedule their appointments.

  1. Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.

  2. Lost gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
